We offer a wide selection of classes to suit all abilities. See below for list of venues and classes.
There is NO membership fee!
Two payment options are available with a choice of either pay four weekly in advance at a cost of £26.00 or on a 'Pay as You Go' basis at £7-50 per class .
For those paying in advance we appreciate that from time to time you may not be able to make one of the classes. You are therefore more than welcome to come along to one of the other classes, at any venue, within the four week payment period at no extra charge.

Absolute Beginner 11:00 am - 12 noon
Improver 12:00 noon - 1:00pm
Monday Evening Attleborough – Connaught Hall, Station Road, Attleborough, NR17 2AS
Improver 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Beginner 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Tuesday Evening Watton - Watton Sports Association, Dereham Road, IP25 6EZ
Higher Beginner 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Absolute Beginner 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Wednesday Evening Watton – Queens Hall, Norwich Road, IP25 6DA
Improver Plus/Intermediate 6:30pm - 8:30pm
